2018 is here!
We have made our New Years Resolutions, contemplated the past 12months and wondered what 2018 shall challenge us with.
Here is my list for 2018!
1) Me time.
Whether it is visiting a spa, reading a book or doing a coffee date with friends, we all need to schedule some pampering, well deserved ME TIME in our hectic schedules.
There are Discount apps that can make it easier for one to enjoy the vast pampering, dining and entertainment options that are available in Doha without robbing the bank. Mostly they are Buy One Get One Free offers to the best restaurants, gyms, activities, attractions, spas and
hotels.

7) Do something on my bucket list.
Get off the couch and plan something exciting!
Travel, tour, visit museums, take a new class, learn how to do something new.
365 Adventures offers unique experiences in 40 destinations in Qatar with more than 100 activities to do! From scuba diving to parasailing to rock-climbing to sleeping under the stars! They are even on the 2018 Entertainer 🙂
8) Contemplate and be Thankful.
Before we sleep every single night, we should take out our cellphones and type in the notepad one thing that brought us happiness and joy that day. If you cant think of something, then choose one thing that you are thankful for and write it down. 365 days later you will be amazed at how much has happened in your life, how you have changed and you will go to sleep remembering the positive of that day.
9) Join a group.
We all have different interests and hobbies that we have not yet discovered. If you have always wanted to bake, join a baking class. If you love reading, join a book club to motivate you to read more. If you want to be more active, look for others near you who are in a walking group or start your own! Facebook is a great source of useful information.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbour.
Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore.
Dream.
Discover.”
