The Spanish brunch starts off with a range of tapas and a delicious heartwarming artichoke soup with scallop, butter croutons (loved that soup)
Choose one main from a very extensive range of options such as Filete Parilla- A BBQ steak with a Chimichurri sauce, confit chicken or sous-vide lobster tail.
A hearty Paella Vegetariana with Saffron rice, capsicum, peas, onion and artichoke is available for vegetarians.
The Desserts were the highlight of my day! I have finally found an authentic Spanish churro that I love- a soft centre, crispy shell and served with white and dark chocolate. To balance the happy sugar high, the tangy raspberry sorbet hit the spot. There is even a lush and rich crème brûlée that had the perfect crack!
