The cosy brunch has a live grill station where guests choose their cuts of meat and fish which are then grilled on coals.

Grilled to order with selection of Mediterranean Marinades:
Sticky BBQ, Asian Chili-Caribbean Jerk or Sweet Mustard.

Pastas are made to order at a live station and pizzas can be requested (how you like it and straight from the clay oven!)

There are a variety of marinades in bowls next to the meat. I would suggest you choose your meat and spoon the marinade you like onto the meat. I chose to mix lots of the spicy red sauce and the green herb marinade and it was lovely. Chef kindly marinated my meat well and then grilled it. Request the chefs signature sauces as a side.

Guests can choose from a variety of a la carte options such as shakshouka, burgers, mac n cheese and eggs benedict on steak. They are then made to order how you like it.
