Park Hyatt Doha is thrilled to introduce Chef Fabio Fioravanti as its new Executive Sous Chef. With over 16 years of professional experience in the culinary world and a passion for crafting dining art pieces, Chef Fabio is eager to elevate the dining experience at the luxury hotel.

Professional Journey:

Before joining Park Hyatt Doha, Chef Fabio served as the Head Chef at the world-renowned restaurant Alain Ducasse, where he led the creation of the restaurant from scratch. His concept highlighted authentic Italian cuisine infused with French techniques.
Prior to his Qatar adventure, Chef Fabio worked at Le Louis XV, a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Monaco, located at the Hotel de Paris. This experience deepened his understanding of French gastronomy, culture, and language.

Chef Fabio boasts a profound understanding of both Italian and French cuisines, which he now brings to Park Hyatt Doha.
