The Biryani Feast Menu:

-︎Choose from Char-Grilled Chicken Dum Biryani, Malabar Lamb Biryani, Shrimp Biryani or Vegetarian Biryani.

-︎The biryani feast includes a delicious Mango Lassi, tea, Naan and Chapatti bread, mango pickle, kachumber salad, rice and kheer for dessert.

-︎A special Drinks menu is available at an extra charge.

-Cilas design is a tribute to Qatari culture and the country’s seafaring traditions. Its interior takes inspiration from traditional Dhow boats, with its beautiful bowed ceiling and wooden walls adorned with photographs of old and new, drawing on local heritage.
