A trained rider accurately shoots an arrow from a bow while riding on a horse. Warriors of all cultures were renowned for the skill of horseback archery known as equestrian martial arts. Arabs would call it “Al-Furusia”. As both hands are on the bow and the reins are free, the horse is guided by the rider’s skill.
Intensive clinics and courses in horseback archery are available in Qatar at The Horseback Archery Center for those who are able to ride horses @Horseback.archery
One can also learn how to ride at @kahilancenter riding school.
Both the horseback archery center and the riding school are at the same farm.
The riding school @Kahilancenter is open everyday. A females-only riding area is also available.
Everyone is welcome to visit the farm.
