For the main event, indulge in the signature Josper-grilled ribeye and lobster tail, cooked the authentic Argentinian way and served with classic sides like chimichurri, roasted baby potatoes, asparagus, and broccolini. End on a sweet note with alfajores filled with dulce de leche and rolled in coconut.
