Zulal Wellness Resort is a wellbeing haven in Qatar. A serene escape from the hustle amd bustle of the city to pause, take a deep breath and reset.

I must say I am very impressed. The novel concept is designed for visitors to find themselves, pause, contemplate and restart their best lives. I did not realise how caught up we are that it takes a few days to learn how to just pause.

There are two distinct area in the resort. One for adults and another for families.

Guests start day 1 with a consult that determines their needs, concerns and priorities. A custom personalised plan is then designed to focus on these areas.

ZULAL SERENITY

The calm and private spaces throughout Zulal Serenity have been dedicated for guests over 16 years. The whole Serenity experience is designed for those seeking a path of reset and reflection. This is a place to escape to, where you can contemplate and embrace lasting lifestyle change.

The resort is based on six Zulal wellness pillars: Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Holistic Health, Fitness, Spa, and Aesthetics which guests experience through retreat programmes, treatments, and activities.

The luxury resort has a spa, pools, restaurants, movement studios and quiet places of contemplation which are designed to support your sensory experience of connecting to yourself and nature.

Zulal Discovery is designed for families and has a “Family Wellness” philosophy,

Younger children are encouraged to explore, with nature-based outings, arts and crafts, older children can spend their time being active, with kayaking, dancing, and personal training. Retreats are divided by age groups, with four programs for the children, and separate ones for parents and grandparents.
