The Croffle Burger has officially landed at Electric Diner and it might just be one of the wildest burger creations we’ve seen in Qatar.

This limited-edition burger takes a classic favourite and gives it a seriously fun twist by swapping the usual bun for a homemade croffle — a croissant-waffle hybrid used as both the top and bottom. The result? A burger that’s buttery, flaky, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle.
Inside, you’ll find a juicy 200g beef patty made with a rich blend of beef chuck roll and brisket, layered with melted cheese and a homemade special sauce made from seven ingredients.
It’s indulgent, messy, over-the-top and exactly the kind of burger you order when you’re in the mood for something seriously extra.
