Two years ago, KMC introduced a healthcare concept previously only available in Korea — a comprehensive medical centre offering the complete Korean model of care under one roof. From preventive care and longevity programmes to rehabilitation, family medicine, and aesthetic treatments, KMC provides a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
The anniversary celebration brought together representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, healthcare leaders, partners, members of the Korean community, media, and patients. The evening featured remarks by KMC CEO Dr. Fatih Mehmet Gul, Dr. Youngwoong Back, and the Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Qatar, celebrating two years of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in healthcare.
Since opening in Lusail, KMC has delivered more than 100,000 services, including consultations, procedures, diagnostic tests, and over 4,000 executive health check-ups.
KMC’s unique approach focuses on treating the whole person rather than just the symptom, seamlessly integrating medicine, wellness, rehabilitation, and aesthetics. The centre has also introduced specialised services that were previously difficult to access locally, including licensed stem cell therapy for joints, FIMS pain therapy, advanced Korean plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments, and AI-powered dental solutions.
