Four cuisines, four limited-edition dishes and a new story to discover each week throughout September

This September, Shanghai Me celebrates East & Southeast Asian Heritage Month with a four-week culinary journey, spotlighting the flavours, traditions and stories of four distinctive cuisines from across the region.
Beginning 1 September, Shanghai Me will introduce a different limited-edition dish each week as part of its Hanami Nights menu, creating a new culinary chapter for guests to discover throughout the month. Each special will be available during its featured week only.
The journey begins in China with Chicken & Black Bean Sauce, followed by Japanese Beef Curry in week two. The third week turns to Vietnam with a comforting Short Rib Pho, before concluding in Thailand with an indulgent Lobster Pad Thai.
