Al Meera Consumer Goods Company (Q.P.S.C.) is participating in the 11th edition of Hospitality Qatar 2026 as its Official Retail Partner, taking place from 12 to 14 October at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).

As one of Qatar’s leading national retailers, almeera is expanding its business-to-business (B2B) offering and strengthening its engagement with hotels, restaurants, caterers and other businesses across the hospitality sector.
Over the past decade, Hospitality Qatar has established itself as a leading platform for the hospitality industry, bringing together operators, suppliers, investors, innovators and industry professionals from Qatar and international markets. The exhibition provides an important platform for networking, business development and collaboration across the sector.
For almeera, the partnership creates a platform to strengthen relationships across the hospitality sector. It provides an opportunity to bring the company’s retail expertise, broad product assortment, sourcing capabilities and extensive supplier network closer to businesses across the hospitality industry, while building new relationships with local and international partners.
“As a national retailer, we have an important role to play in supporting the continued development of Qatar’s hospitality ecosystem,” said Mr. Jassim Mohammed Al-Ansari, Chief Executive Officer of almeera. “Hospitality Qatar brings together the businesses and partners shaping the sector, from producers and suppliers to hotels and restaurants. By expanding our B2B offering and deepening these relationships, we are creating new opportunities for almeera to support the sector at greater scale and contribute to its continued growth.”
Supporting local producers sits at the centre of that ambition. almeera works with Qatari farms, manufacturers and homegrown brands to bring national products to shelves across the country, and its participation at Hospitality Qatar creates a direct link between these producers and hospitality buyers who can take their products further. A broad, well-connected supplier base also contributes to the resilience of Qatar’s food supply, giving businesses greater confidence in the consistency and availability of what they source.
The scale of these relationships reflects the breadth of almeera’s business. The company works with up to 200 local companies, representing approximately QAR 700 million in average annual business and around 25% of total sales. Across its wider network, almeera works with approximately 750 suppliers, with sourcing spanning more than 100 countries.

Through Hospitality Qatar, almeera will also engage with new suppliers, producers and potential business partners, allowing the company to further diversify its sourcing network, explore new products and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
The exhibition comes during a period of wider transformation for almeera. Following the launch of its new brand identity in April 2026, the company has continued to modernise its stores, strengthen its digital channels and further develop its customer experience and wafa loyalty programme.
Its digital platform, available through the almeera app and website, extends the company’s reach across Qatar and supports its ambition to provide greater convenience and accessibility to customers and businesses alike.
Visitors, suppliers and industry stakeholders are invited to meet the almeera team at Stand B07, Hall 5, at DECC throughout Hospitality Qatar 2026, from 12 to 14 October.
