Raffles Doha’s signature Italian restaurant invites diners to discover Chef Cristhian’s contemporary reinterpretation of northern Italian cuisine, brought to life through seasonal ingredients, refined technique and the warm hospitality that defines the Alba experience. Inspired by the rich gastronomic heritage of the renowned Northern Italian town famous for white truffles, the homegrown concept offers an authentic taste of Italy in the heart of Qatar.

Guests are invited to discover Chef Cristhian’s artistry through two specially curated ‘Menù Degustazione’, available as a four-course or six-course journey, each thoughtfully composed to showcase the very best of the season. For a truly unforgettable occasion, Alba also offers an elevated set menu reserved for the intimate Romeo and Juliet Balcony experience, an enchanting setting designed for moments worth remembering.

For an even more immersive experience, guests can reserve the exclusive Chef’s Table, where diners sit close to the action and witness Chef Cristhian’s culinary artistry up close.
