Fridays take on a new flavour at Azal with the launch of the Persian Friday Feast, a new brunch experience bringing together the richness, warmth and culinary traditions of Persian cuisine.
Set against panoramic views of Doha, Azal invites guests to gather around a generous spread of authentic Persian favourites, from colourful mezze and freshly prepared salads to aromatic rice dishes, traditional specialties and indulgent desserts.
At the heart of the experience, the live grill station brings an element of theatre to the afternoon, with succulent meats prepared fresh over the grill and served straight to the table.
