VAYA! at Fairmont Doha is serving a 3-course Lunch for QAR 135 per person, available daily from 1 PM–4 PM.
Start with a yummy chips and guacamole amuse-bouche followed by your choice of Quinoa Salad or Salmon Tiradito, followed by tasty fajitas served with onions, bell peppers, tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream and black beans.
For your fajitas, choose your protein: Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or Campesinas (vegetarian)
And of course, there’s something sweet to finish — traditional churros served with dulce de leche and chocolate sauce.
