A special thank you to Heather Lee from The Learning Center at Qatar Foundation for her help, guidance and information.

Kindly note that in Qatar many individuals call themselves “psychologist” or “counselor” but this does not necessarily mean they are qualified. If you are visiting a private practitioner, kindly do your research, ask for degrees, qualifications and it is important to ask about where a potential therapist is registered in their home country.
