@pastafresca.doha is a new authentic Italian restaurant in West Bay.
Chef @_mike_sciotti_ is passionate about bringing a taste of Italy to Qatar with his handmade pasta and traditional Italian recipes passed down.
We enjoyed everything but our highlights were:
“ARANCINI”- Deep-fried tomato rice balls stuffed with mozzarella, basil mayo- 40 QAR
“BURRATA”- Italian cheese with crispy zucchini and Scapece Sauce- 85 QAR
“FUSILLI” with Oxtail vaccinara style and jus 90 QAR
“BRANZINO”- Grilled seabass with bisque sauce and squid ink crispy bread- 135 QAR
For dessert we enjoyed the “TIRAMISU” and “CHOCOLATE CAKE”
