• If you are stressed and having trouble sleeping like me, the most famous signature treatment at Saray Spa is the SLEEP IMPROVEMENT MASSAGE.

The treatment is designed to help de-stress, reconnect body and mind, and for better sleep. It focuses on the mind and aims at balancing energy in the body, inducing deep relaxation and reconnecting with one’s self.

The treatment consists of a combination of a calming and purposeful aromatherapy massage, sound healing and meditation.

The massage takes 90 minutes for Qar 650 and I must admit I fell into a blissful asleep a few times during that amazing massage by Rea.

• Each treatment starts off with the therapist scrubbing and washing your feet in milk, lemon and a scrub.

• A relaxation room is available to enjoy after your treatments.
