InterContinental Doha The City has one of the most stunning pools on the 46th floor. Attached to the pool is the Lamara Spa. With a birds-eye view from the 46th floor, take in breathtaking West Bay views and enjoy watching the city change from day to night.
There are two options on a Wednesday that is an ideal treat for someone (or treat yourself!) or a great option for a group of friends to enjoy together. Perfect for Summer as the area is enclosed by glass. The freedom of wearing what you want and only being surrounded by ladies is PRICELESS!
Option1:
If you book a treatment at Lamara Spa you gain complimentary access to the covered pool, steam room and sauna.
If you visit the spa on a Wednesday, ladies only pool days are from 4pm to 9pm which is perfect.
Option 2:
POOL DAY PASS for QAR 150 (for men amd women).
The Ladies only pool days are on Wednesdays from 4pm to 9pm
The pool day pass includes access to the gym, sauna and steam room.

Drinks and food can be ordered pool side to complete the perfect ladies day out.
️There is a comfortable lounge area for a group of friends to relax, eat and spend time together.
The pool is temperature controlled. After 6pm the temperature was perfect!
The spa offers Gift vouchers which is valid for 3 months. A really thoughtful present. Perfect as a year end gift.
️The Spa is open 11am to 10pm daily. The pool is a little busy till 6pm on a Wednesday but it is much quieter after 6pm.
The treatments we tried were amazing. We loved how warm, welcoming and friendly the staff were. You felt relaxed immediately. Staff were extremely professional and well trained.
Anne Semonin bespoke beauty products are used at The Spa which combine vegan ingredients with biotechnical blends and decades of expertise.
Men and women are welcome at the spa. Both male and female therapists are available. The spa can be closed for ladies only group bookings.
Danijela is the lovely Spa Manager. Give her a call and she will curate a special package for you. The spa is very popular. So I would recommend advanced booking if you are a group.
