As part of the Hala Summer campaign, Visit Qatar is launching the Hala Summer Shopping Festival, a month-long shopping and dining activation running from 1 to 31 August 2026.
The festival brings together Qatar’s leading shopping malls with restaurants from the Taste of Qatar network, offering residents and visitors exclusive promotions, set menus, value-added experiences and special discounts throughout the campaign period.
Taking place at Place Vendôme, Doha Festival City, Mall of Qatar, Villaggio, City Center, Landmark, Doha Mall, West Walk, Gewan, Hyatt Plaza and Al Hazm, the Festival unites the destination’s retail and dining scene under one seasonal celebration, giving participating restaurants and retailers greater visibility and the opportunity to attract new customers throughout the summer.
The festival is complemented by an immersive programme of family-friendly experiences designed for children that offer complimentary themed experiences, live performances and engaging challenges. This allows parents to enjoy discounted shopping and dining while their children are entertained, creating a complete shopping and entertainment experience for the whole family.
Shoppers spending a minimum of QAR 200 at participating destinations can have their receipt stamped and visit one of the dedicated redemption booths to exchange it for a raffle coupon. Stamped receipts may only be redeemed once.
Throughout August, four major raffle draws will take place, with a new draw hosted at a different participating mall each week, including Doha Festival City, Mall of Qatar, Place Vendôme and Villaggio. Winners will be announced weekly and awarded a range of exciting prizes, including five cars.
Running throughout the summer until the end of September, the Hala Summer campaign brings together a diverse programme of events, promotions and experiences across Qatar, offering residents and visitors even more reasons to enjoy the destination throughout the season while reinforcing its position as a family-friendly hub for entertainment, hospitality, shopping and dining.
